Assistant Coach
Amy Borg
Assistant Coach Amy Borg is entering her first year with the
Wildcats
program. Amy spent the previous season at Duluth's Marshall High
School where she coached the JV softball team.
Borg graduated from Lakeville High School in 2004 where she played
tennis and softball for the Panthers. She was named All-Lake
Conference twice. Her senior year she was chosen to play in the
Minnesota High School Fastpitch All Star Softball Series, and
Awarded
Minnesota State High School League All-State.
She then went on to compete for the University of Minnesota Duluth
where she played 2nd base for the Bulldogs and was a tremendous
asset
offensively. She received a Bachelor's of Science in Teaching
Physical Science and a minor in Chemistry. Amy recently graduated
from college and is a reserve teacher for District 196.
